Single Barrel Bourbon PX Sherry Finish 100 proof 50% alc./vol.
Introducing a single barrel bourbon that has been finished in both a 15 year old Kentucky bourbon barrel and a Pedro Ximenez (PX) Sherry barrel. Upon drinking this, expect waves of caramel and vanilla with hints of dark chocolate and toasted nuts. The PX Sherry barrel introduces additional dimension creating luscious notes of raisins, figs, and molasses. The overall experience is one of depth and balance that you’ll be sure to remember.
